/ January 30, 2012Hey there!
I stumbled on your blog from looking at our old house (now yours). I know this is probably super creepy. I wasnt going to say anything but with some comments, I wanted to. First, we bought this house from someone that bought it to flip it. Apparently, it was in horrible condition. He was the one that did the tiling, framing, floors and counters of the house. He also did the partially finished basement. The only thing we did (which didnt get kept up toward the end since we werent there) was re do the yard. We had laid sod down and put all new grass in. We also put in the patio that you see in the backyard. You know that little round part toward the side yard? Thats a space for the grill. My husband thought he was being clever 🙂 Anyway, I am glad you guys are enjoying the house. You guys have made some great use of the small space.
